A Cessna Skyhawk was an aeroplane that William Jovanka owned. Flying with him over their farm was one of the his daughter Tegan's fondest memories. When Tegan had to pilot the Doctor's TARDIS, she remembered how difficult and complicated the controls of the Cessna had looked before she had flown it.
