Doctor Angela Connolly was working at St. Helen's Hospital in Cardiff.
After the Resurrection gauntlet had attacked Martha Jones, she was taken to the hospital and examined by Dr. Connolly. (TW: Dead Man Walking)
She met a Hoix inside the hospital and managed to capture it. Owen Harper helped her tranquilise it. (TW: Exit Wounds).
