The Partisan was a Time Lady who argued with Rassilon about the state of war between the Time Lords and the Daleks. She also informed them of the actions the Doctor was going to take to end the war. Rassilon dismissed her opinion that it might be best to let the Time Lords die in the Last Great Time War and killed her with his gauntlet, turning her to dust. (DW: The End of Time)
