The Tomb of the Bear was an Incan temple. It was the last holding place of the Great Bear.
In 1934, an expedition was made to open the tomb. Instead, the Doctor had got there first and took the Great Bear. He was able to escape with it, planning to deliver it to David Kershaw to help his museum. (WC: Vampire Hurricane)
