Krail was a Cyberman, part of the first wave of the Cybermen force which invaded the Snowcap South Pole Base with the intention of detonating a Z-Bomb located in its missile silo. Krail acted as leader and spokesmen of the Cybermen and refuted the Doctor's statement that emotions had value.
He, with other Cybermen, was killed by a handheld Cyber-weapon used by Ben Jackson. (DW: The Tenth Planet)
