Knowsall was a device that could absorb the mind.
History
Knowsall was created by Jonah Gripton to feed the Memeovax. It was able to wipe or control the minds of others. Jonah placed the Doctor in it but he was able to resist its control. He turned up the power and it exploded. (DWM: Thinktwice)
