Jonah Gripton

Jonah Gripton was a scientist and the chief warden of Thinktwice prison. He was using the Knowsall machine to feed the minds of the prisoners to the Memeovax. The Tenth Doctor stopped Gripton and the Memeovax from taking over the Earth Empire, and he was knocked out and arrested by Royce. (COMIC: Thinktwice)
