Jay Binks was the third technician who worked at refuelling-station B on the planet Duchamp 331. He was the only survivor after the base was attacked. While recovering at the Duchamp control, he died. Whilst the Doctor carried out a post-mortem on him, he came back to life and tried to kill the Doctor. After failing to do so he finally died.
