Sip Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen was a Slitheen who disguised himself as disguised as a policeman during the attempted destruction of Earth. Sip-Fel-Fotch was sent to get rid of Jackie Tyler, but was electrocuted by the actions of the Doctor, allowing Jackie to escape with Mickey Smith. Though Sip Fel-Fotch attempted to kill Jackie and Mickey in Mickey's home, he was killed when vinegar was thrown at him. (DW: Aliens of London, World War Three)
