Thanks for your recent edits! I'm Jimbo, your robot wiki representative! We hope you'll keep on editing with us. This is actually a great time to have joined, because we're now fully independent, and working on a host of new features!

We've got a couple of important quirks for a fan written wiki, so let's get them out of the way first.

British English, please

We generally use British English 'round these parts, so if you use another form of English, please be sure you set your spell checker to BrEng, and take a gander at our spelling cheat card.

Spoilers aren't cool

We have a strict definition of "spoiler" that you may find a bit unusual. Basically, a spoiler, to us, is anything that comes from a story which has not been released yet. So, even if you've got some info from a BBC press release or official trailer, it basically can't be referenced here. In other words, you gotta wait until the episode has finished its premiere broadcast to start editing about its contents. Please check the spoiler policy for more details.

Other useful stuff

Aside from those two things, we also have some pages that you should probably read when you get a chance, like:

Edit warring

Exactly why there is a different header with the central block of members. I suggest posting on the talk page as edit warring is against policy.--Skittles the hog--Talk 21:56, February 4, 2011 (UTC)

Blocking policy

You have not agreed to leave the page alone and discuss the matter on the talk page before changes are made, under the Tardis:blocking policy you can be blocked for around 2 hours if you continue to do this. Consider this your final warning. --Revan\Talk 22:06, February 4, 2011 (UTC)

You don't understand what I meant, you were reverting the edits back, they should have been left alone and then a TP discussion should occur. --Revan\Talk 22:09, February 4, 2011 (UTC)

I agree with Bone Cold here, it seems a bit unfair that just because he did not go to the talk page, he should get blocked. Other Users were part of the edit war. However, now he done the right thing and started a discussion. Mini-mitch\talk 22:13, February 4, 2011 (UTC)

To be honest I have been looking at the big picture and not the specifics of this edit war. But in future try to leave the page after revertion and ask the users to discuss on the talk page. Thanks. --Revan\Talk 22:13, February 4, 2011 (UTC)

Policy

I think there should be a minimum, but I think it should be something you bring up in the forums. Also, I think that the 4 edits in 36 hours is too long. It should be 4 in 24 hours or something similar.Mini-mitch\talk 22:33, February 4, 2011 (UTC)
