  • This story has no date, as the entire story is set travelling through space and time.

Discontinuity

  • Rose seems to know that Captain Jack is still alive, even though at the time, the Doctor thought he was dead and Rose had no memory of the events in The Parting of the Ways so didn't know Jack's fate so had no way of knowing he survived. Also the Doctor would have mentioned his death but instead he says "he's busy, he's got plenty to do" implying that he knows Jack is alive and well.
