Gandarotethetledrax or Gander and his partner Cavis were Gallifreyan Celestial Intervention Agency agents recruited from the Patrexes College and totally loyal to Lady President Romana.
Gander regenerated after being impaled on a sword, his new incarnation is more placid than his predecessor and grieves over the death of Cavis.
