The Wiry woman was a Futurekind who infiltrated Silo 16. She sabotaged the power output, delaying the Rocket launch and causing a man in the radiation chamber, Jed to be killed as the radiation could not be held back. The human Guards then found and shot her. (DW: Utopia)
