John Higgins is a multi-faceted English comic book artist whose contribution to the DWU largely centers around DWM 140. He pencilled and inked that issue's story, Keepsake. He also contributed the cover to that issue. Earlier, he had provided the cover art for DWMS Summer 1985 and the book, The Cabinet of Light.
