City General Hospital was the Washington, D.C. (TW: Rendition) hospital at which Dr. Vera Juarez repaired what should have been fatal cardiovascular damage to Rex Matheson.
It was also the location of an autopsy on a suicide bomber who had intended to kill Jack Harkness and Esther Drummond at the CIA archives building.
