I think my favorite episode has got to be DW:Forest of the Dead...  I think Steven Moffat really flexed his writing skills, going from 'Sad' (drawn out loss of friends, via the Neural relay) to 'Tragic' (Donna's virtual kids disappearing) to 'Action' (running from Proper Dave) to 'Hopeful' (River as a Data ghost)...  All without having a visible Monster.  With the added bonus of the implied ethical questions (what does it mean to be 'Saved').  And coming up with River's character - Genius.

Is the sort of person who watches show credits. (Even if I don't know anybody in them)

Is the sort of person who can appreciate Story and Special Effects (and perhaps even Acting) separately.

Feels that the "Entertainment" value of a show should include discussions afterwards. A "good" show which isn't "memorable" is only briefly entertaining. A "bad" show which I can laugh about with friends for hours and hours, even years later, is very entertaining.

My Favorite Doctor has got to be Doctor Four because I grew up with him in mind (Bonus for working with Douglas Adams)... But I'm very amused with the amount of "running" in Doctors Ten and Eleven.

I think my favorite episode has got to be TV:Forest of the Dead...
