The Disciples of Saxon was a sinister cult that worshipped Harold Saxon. The cult was likely formed during the time that the Master (as Harold Saxon) served as the British Prime Minister. (DW: The Sound of Drums / Last of the Time Lords) The cult resurrected the Master with the Potion of Life (DW: The End of Time) as he had prepared them to do should he be killed.
