Gandarotethetledrax or Gander and his partner Cavis were Gallifreyan Celestial Intervention Agency agents recruited from the Patrexes College, Thewy were totally loyal to Lady President Romana.
Gander regenerated after being impaled on a sword. His new incarnation was more placid than his predecessor and grieved over the death of Cavis.
