- In The Sontaran Experiment, Kevin Lindsay played both Sontarans Styre and Marshall.
- The Third Doctors flying craft was never called a Whomobile on screen. It was a name coined by its owner Jon Pertwee (the Third Doctor himself), who commissioned its construction.
