Kentucky was an American state which had the death penalty in the early 21st century. In Jacksonville, at the Montrose Hill State Penitentiary, Oswald Danes was once executed by lethal injection, because Danes' acts of paedophilia and murder took place within that state. The governor of Kentucky was reluctantly forced to parole Danes out of fear of violating the Constitution of the United States when Danes was resurrected on "Miracle Day". (TW: The New World)
Behind The Scenes
- In real life, the TV station that is reporting on the news is innacurate. The name of the station, seen at the bottom of the TV screen, begins with a K. In the realworld, all of hte stations in Kentucky have names that begin with letter L (i.e. WKYT-TV, WTVQ-DT). Some argue that the station might be aout of Kentucky, however under the name of the station clearly reads: Kentucky News (This is also innacurate, as each city usually has their own station, not just one for the hole state.)
