Leon Foiret was a technician at CERN who was attacked by Neutron eaters. He was put in the care of Oliver Harrington, who didn't bother looking for a cure, as he was working with the neutron eaters. Foiret's neutrons dissipated and his protons became a translucent goo. When Harrington turned on the neutron eaters and destroyed them by charging a proton and antiproton together, Foiret recovered.
