Barcelona was a planet mentioned by the Ninth and Tenth Doctor, shortly before and after the Ninth Doctor's regeneration. Supposedly its inhabitants included dogs with no noses. (DW: The Parting of the Ways, Children in Need Special, The Fires of Pompeii). In the Doctor's opinion, it is a "fantastic place".
