Raffalo was a plumber on Platform One. She was from Crespallion, which was part of the Jaggit Brocade, affiliated to the Scarlet Junction, in Complex 56. Rose Tyler gave her permission to talk, which was hardly ever given by the guests. Rose was shocked that they still had plumbers in 5,000,000,000. They chatted and Raffalo made Rose realise what she was getting into with the Ninth Doctor. She was killed by Cassandra O'Brien's Metal spiders when she tried to reventilate the Face of Boe's tank.
