This article details the Doctor Who series 6 action figures released by Character Options in the 5" scale, in alphabetical order after the regular TARDIS crew for the 2011 series of Doctor Who featuring the Eleventh Doctor as played by Matt Smith.

It should be noted that the figures are not actually five inches tall. This is in fact the height of the first Dalek figure from the 5" range and all other figures were scaled to match. Presumably, the Rose Tyler figure from Series 2 is also 5", as the Daleks were made to be at Billie Piper's eyeline, meaning the Daleks are as tall as as Rose Tyler.[1]

Regular character figures

Eleventh Doctor

  • The Ganger Doctor and normal Eleventh Doctor figures came packaged with the Flesh substance and a Flesh mask. An Eleventh Doctor with beard, came in Wave 1C.

Amy Pond

  • The first Amelia Pond figure release was exclusive to the Doctor Who Experience. A different Amelia figure was later made available to all shops.
  • The single release Amelia Pond figure was labelled as part of Series 5's figure range, but was marketed with the Series 6 range.

River Song

  • Figure based on River Song as seen in DW: The Pandorica Opens/The Big Bang.
  • The River Song and Pandorica chair release was a Comic Con exclusive, but later found its way to retailer Forbidden Planet.
  • A similar, but not identical, River was sold as a single release, and included The Flesh substance and a Flesh mask.
  • Both figures are from Series 5, but were released alongside Series 6's figure range.

Individual releases

Astronaut

  • Figure based on NASA astronaut as seen in DW: The Impossible Astronaut/Day of the Moon.
  • This figure came packaged with the Flesh substance and a Flesh mask.
  • The astronaut's visor can be lifted to reveal Melody Pond inside the space suit.

Idris

  • Figure based on Idris as seen in DW: The Doctor's Wife.
  • The first Idris release came with no extra accessories, but later releases were bundled with the Flesh substance, a Flesh mask and one Hypercube or either five hypercubes and no Flesh accessories.

Ood: Nephew

Silent

  • Two variant figures based on Silents as seen in Series Six were released featuring open and closed mouths. To scale the Silents were noticeable larger than other figures in the range.

Uncle
