Captain Sorin was the leader of a Russian Commando unit that arrived at Maiden's Point by way of Northumberland in 1943. Commander Millington instructed Sorin to steal the core of the Ultima Machine. Sorin took a liking to Ace and gave her his scarf. He was killed when Fenric took possession of his body. (DW: The Curse of Fenric)
