Wumba's World of Wild was a safari park in the 41st century established on an unnamed world which was also a human colony.
The aliens who set up the park captured the colonists and placed them in a living exhibition with genetically bred meat-eating dinosaurs for the entertainment and amusement of the visitors who regularly drive past in tour buses.
