Crespallions were a blue-skinned race that ranged dramatically in size. Many Crespallions were working on Platform One, including the Steward and Raffalo. (DW: The End of the World) Romana II might have regenerated into a similar species at the beginning of Destiny of the Daleks when she regenerates into various forms.
Behind the scenes
- According to Doctor Who: The Encyclopedia, the males were about the size of humans, while the females were no taller than a human child.
