Simon Pegg (born 14th February 1970) voiced Don Chaney in Invaders from Mars and played the Editor in The Long Game. He also narrated the first series of Doctor Who Confidential.
Although well-known in the United Kingdom for his film and TV work, Pegg achieved international attention for his films Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz. In 2009, Pegg will appear in J.J. Abrams' reinvention of the television franchise Star Trek, carrying on from the late James Doohan in the role of Chief Engineer Montgomery Scott.
