The 351st issue of Doctor Who Magazine was published in January 2005. It was the final issue prior to the substantial design changes that accompanied the start of the [[series 1 (Doctor Who)|BBC Wales reinvention of Doctor Who]] It was therefore the last issue to bear the 1996 TV movie logo, as well as the final cover to feature Paul McGann and Daphne Ashbrook.
A CD featuring the exclusive Big Finish stories Silver Lining and The Coup came free with it.

- A free CD produced by Big Finish Productions was included on the front. It offered two original stories: BFU: The Coup, a prequel to UNIT a spin-off audio series; and BFBS: Silver Lining, an audio drama, one of the Big Finish Bernice Summerfield series.
