Mata Hari was a Dutch dancer and alleged German spy during the First World War. The Eleventh Doctor had an encounter with her in a Paris hotel, where she removed her clothes in front of him. The Doctor told Amy Pond and Rory Williams that he found her "very interesting". (WC: Pond Life)
