Commander Perdova was the leader of the Aquabi tribe settlement on Rescension. After kidnapping the Doctor, he questioned him about future human attacks. When a giant robot attacked the camp, killing human prisoners who had suddenly turned into Serfians, they became friends and so headed to the Human medic camp in order to fight the Sefians.
With Yovich by their side, they helped to destroy every single Serfian left who had been mothered by Sergeant Lenova beneath the giant medic building. Perdova helped to begin a peace treaty between both sides. (NSA: Pest Control)
