Yovich was a military officer in the medic camp on Rescension.
After hearing about Lenova's condition, he joined forces with the Tenth Doctor and Commander Perdova in order to stop the Serfian production and invasion. He then helped to create a peace treaty between the Aquabi and human races on the planet. (AUDIO: Pest Control)
