Gordon Baker was the father of Julia Hardwick. His parents were Fred and Mary Baker, who died in 2009.
Given the fact that Julia was sent back in time to 1887 by the Weeping Angels and adopted the pseudonym "Julia Baker," it is possible that Gordon was not only Julia's father but one of her descendants as well. (WC: A Ghost Story for Christmas)
