The Rackateen Family were a family of Raxacoricofallapatorians who were cousins to the criminal Slitheen (TV: Boom Town) and descendants of Colonists on Clom. (WC: Captain Jack's Monster Files: Slitheen)
They had been involved in criminal dealings in the past, but they kept this a secret from their people, as they knew that if they found out they would be exiled and hunted down. (PROSE: Doctor Who Files 3: The Slitheen)

- Rakateen were due to appear in The Sarah Jane Adventures but the suits made ended up being used for the Slitheen-Blathereen family.
