Harbour Heights was an orphanage in Plymouth, Devon. When it was founded in 1542, originally a girl's home, it was known as the Orphanage for Children of Sailors, Marines, and Dock Workers. It opened to boys as well in 1906. (TV: Children of Earth: Day Three)
In 1965, twelve orphans from Holly Tree Lodge, including Clement McDonald, were allegedly taken there, but were, in actuality, taken to the 456, in exchange for a cure for Spanish influenza. (TV: Children of Earth: Day One, Day Four)
