Roderick Allingham was Sherilyn Harper's aide and campaign manager. He secretly provided funding for the United Front to frighten people into supporting the New Britannia Party. He knew of the Doctor from his time in the Ministry, and when he found out that he had contacted Harper's would-be assassins Stephen Keyser and Walter Jacobs, he became determined to find and question him regarding any UN connections to NBP opposition. When fear-generated riots broke out in London, Paul Tanner arranged a meeting between Allingham and Alexsandr Karadjic, which was was broadcast on Mick Thompson's radio show, exposing the link between the Front and the NBP. Allingham was arrested by the police, and although he claimed that Harper was innocent of the whole affair, he was not believed. (AUDIO: The Fearmonger)
