Nivet was a technician on the Capitol serving under Madame President Romana.
Biography
During the War against the Enemy Nivet helped repair Compassion. Compassion decided that she liked Nivet and he would be the perfect companion for her due to his skills in repairing TARDISes. Just before the destruction of Gallifrey, Compassion rescued Nivet and together they explored time and space. (PROSE: The Ancestor Cell)
