David Walliams (born 20th August 1971) provided the voices of Quincy Flowers and Ned Cotton in Phantasmagoria.

In 1999, David Walliams appeared alongside Mark Gatiss in three sketches that parodied Doctor Who: The Web of Caves, The Kidnappers (which also featured Peter Davison), and The Pitch of Fear.

David Walliams is a fan of the entire franchise, or as he puts it "enthusiast". He has written many references to the franchise in his show Little Britain.
