Bad Guys
Not really a bad guy, but can count as one: The Child. He is really Nancy's 'brother', (actually Nancy's son) Jamie, but was hit by Captain Jack's 'bomb'. He was wearing a gas mask at the time, so the nanogenes in the bomb thought that all humans wore gas masks. Jamie then started to patrol around London, an empty child with no soul, tricking people into letting him into their houses where he touched them. The result was a terrible plague which spread throughout London, turning people into scary gas mask zombies. He likes to say "Are you my mummy?"
