Lady Joanna was the sister of Richard the Lionheart and King John. While she was in Palestine with Richard in October 1191, she took Vicki under her protection. Richard tried to arrange a marriage between Saphadin and her to broker a peace between the English and Saladin's people, the Saracens. Joanna herself, however, refused it. (TV: The Crusade)

Fourteen and a half years later, in March 1215, Kamelion impersonated her younger brother King John. (TV: The King's Demons)

Behind the scenes
