Bob Dovie was an ordinary human being, resident of 59A, Barnsfield Crescent, Totton, Hampshire, England.
BIOGRAPHY
Within an alternate timeline, on the 23rd of November, 1963, Dovie became a victim of the Master's plan to destroy the Doctor's TARDIS using a conceptual bomb, which turned his refusal to accept the possibility of the TARDIS into a reality. His wife, Jenny, and children, Kevin and Linda, were miniaturised by the Master.
All of this was averted when the Doctor changed the timeline, and Dovie was subsequently visited by the first eight Doctors in succession. (AUDIO: The Light at the End)
