Headcams were cameras installed into the brains of Time Lord soldiers stationed in Arcadia.They recorded the soldiers' point of view in first person in a similar way to the Eye-5. After a solider's death the recordings were shown to the soldiers' families as well as being used for keeping an official record. The recordings were censored as violence and offensive language was deemed unsuitable to the children of the soldiers.

During the Last Great Time War, a soldier recorded the Fall of Arcadia with the Headcam. (WC: The Last Day)
