When [[Davros]] remarked ''Every where you go someone always dies'' Colin appeared in a flashback of deaths. ([[DW]]: [[Journey's End]])
He appeared in re-used footage in [[Journey's End]] when Davros was telling the Doctor how people have died for him. It is unclear how the Doctor knew Mr Skinner given that by the time the Doctor appeared in the episode Mr Skinner was already dead.

Colin Skinner was a Human male born sometime in the late 20th century in England. In early 2007, he joined LINDA, only to be absorbed by the Abzorbaloff. When the Abzorbaloff was defeated by Elton Pope, he died too. (DW: Love & Monsters)
