Bellotron was a primative planet that had a culture based on suspicion and gods. It was a grade one protected planet, neither the Rutans nor the Sontarans could land there without breaking a treaty. It has an elliptical orbit that takes it through both Rutan and Sotnaran Space. (AUDIO: The Bellotron Incident)
