Janartis was a Gallifreyan captain later Commander who sided with Pandora during her attempt to take over Gallifrey. (AUDIO: Warfare)
He was annoyed that Annos was promoted to Castallan above him, and was determined to get his job. He was employed by Darkel to attack her, so that she would gain votes in the Lord President elections, after the deposition of Romana II. (AUDIO: Mindbomb)
He was later released and exiled to the outlands. Romana found him in her ancestrial home, the House of Heartshaven. He then was attacked by pigrats, and K9's stun laser and regenerated by he was infected by the Dogma Virus, and the truth behind it, he became a pawn for Free Time. (AUDIO: Panacea)
