Bantagel was the leader of the Boor. He stroke a deal with the Earthlink Federation in its creation that after 30 of being frozen he would be allowed to restart his crime syndicate. However instead he was reawaken five centuries later by Maddaska. He had the serum that would protect them against the Ilijah.
