Mikhail Vladimir Popov was a Russian detective. He was investigating the Springheel Jack murders in London when he met Benny, who was doing the same thing. His daughter had been killed by the Charrl when the Great Divide first opened in Russia. (PROSE: Birthright, AUDIO: Birthright)
