Hogoosta was a Klektid and a friend of Terrin and Alyst Blakely. He was working at an excavation site on Gethria, trying to study the Cradle of the Gods, when he was evicted off the land by Klektid enforcers hired by the Dalek Foundation. He was killed by the Daleks when he, the Eleventh Doctor and the Blakely children tried to investigate the monument secretly. (PROSE: The Dalek Generation)
