Charlotte Singh was a reporter who was at an explosion in First city on Colony 34. She then reported on a second explosion will killed a lot of people, and interviewed the Seventh Doctor at the scene. She later reported that there once were monsters on the planet which were fossilised. She then accompanied Hex on a paramedic shout, to understand what the paramedics do. (AUDIO: LIVE 34)
