Owain Peter Vine carried the reincarnated soul of Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart's brother James Lethbridge-Stewart.
Owain was born in Bledoe, Cornwall on 16 April 1951. In 1969, the Great Intelligence used Owain to fight Alistair at Remington Manor in Cornwall, but was defeated when Owain used his connection with the Intelligence to help Colonel Lethbridge-Stewart. (PROSE: The Forgotten Son)
